Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns or exchanges are not supported if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply don’t like the product. Our Print Providers don’t have inventory space to keep the unwanted items. In other cases, to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We can offer a replacement order free of charge if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, or printing issues. In case a replacement order is arranged, there is no need to send the original order back to us.
